Matcha Ice Cream

This is a matcha ice cream recipe I made

Ingredients

• 3 cups of whipping cream
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 1/2 cups of condensed milk
• 2 pinches of salt
• 1 cup of matcha powder

Directions

1. Whip the whipping cream until it's thick
2. Add the milk and condensed milk contiune mixing
3. Add the salt and matcha powder and mix thoroughly
4. Transfer the ice cream into a container and put it in the freezer
